You must be at least 18 years of age to register for paid classes, purchase certificates, or enter into a binding agreement with CoreClasses.org. Users under 18 may access free YouTube content with parental consent.
When registering for paid classes, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Our services are available globally, but certain courses or features may have regional restrictions.

Pricing: All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of enrollment.
Payment Schedule: Full payment is required before course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to live classes.
Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund minus administrative charges (10%). No refunds will be issued after the course commences.
Cancellation by CoreClasses.org: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, tutor unavailability, or technical issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Rescheduling: Students may reschedule classes with at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated rescheduling may incur additional charges.
No Refund on Certificates: Certificate fees are non-refundable once issued.
CoreClasses.org grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our educational content solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

All content on CoreClasses.org, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and certificates, are the exclusive property of CoreClasses.org or its licensors.
User Content: Any feedback, questions, comments, or materials submitted by you through our platform may be used by CoreClasses.org for educational, promotional, or improvement purposes without compensation.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.
Students agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct during live classes. Prohibited activities include:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
All certificates issued by CoreClasses.org can be verified through our online verification portal at coreclasses.org/verify.
Verification Process: Employers, institutions, or individuals may verify certificate authenticity by entering the certificate ID. Verification requests are processed within 24-48 hours.
Invalid Certificates: Certificates not found in our database or without a valid ID should be considered fraudulent. Report suspicious certificates to info@coreclasses.org.
Certificate Misuse: Forging, altering, or misrepresenting certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CoreClasses.org, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.
Educational Content: All educational content is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of content for specific purposes.
Career Outcomes: CoreClasses.org does not guarantee job placement, career advancement, or specific academic results from course completion.
Technical Issues: We are not liable for service interruptions, technical glitches, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party platforms (including YouTube). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreClasses.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination by User: You may request account deletion by contacting us at info@coreclasses.org. Course fees are non-refundable upon termination.
Termination by CoreClasses.org: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt platform operations.
Upon termination, access to paid content and materials will be revoked. Issued certificates remain valid unless revoked for misconduct.
CoreClasses.org reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of CoreClasses.org shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Dispute Resolution: We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably. If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they will be settled through arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
